Scheduled - We will be conducting maintenance to replace a faulty device on our network in Sydney. During this time, there may brief interruptions to our HCS storage service in that market and CDN will be unavailable during this maintenance and traffic will be rerouted to nearby locations. The impact is limited to customers in the Sydney market and will not impact customers using cloud storage in the US and EU.

We are aware of a hardware issue that caused some users issues updating and logging into StrikeTracker from 19:55 to 20:17 UTC. We have resolved the hardware issue and services have returned to normal.

Scheduled - The Highwinds NOC just received notification of an emergency maintenance being performed by our upstream provider in Sao Paulo (SP3). We are monitoring the PoP closely and will update this status page in case we need to route traffic to another location.
